1. Delivery Methods

Sedurare offers multiple shipping options:

Standard-sized items are shipped across France and Europe using carriers like La Poste - Colissimo and Mondial Relay.

Local pickup is available in Paris (17th arrondissement).

Large furniture pieces ("oversized items") are shipped within France and Europe using professional transport partners or peer-to-peer delivery services like Cocolis.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of the item:

Standard-sized items follow the pricing grid of traditional carriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay), subject to annual review. For grouped orders containing multiple standard items, the buyer pays only one shipping fee.

Local pickups are free of charge.

Oversized items (furniture pieces) have variable shipping fees based on weight, volume, and delivery destination.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard-sized items: Estimated 10 business days for shipping.

Local pickups: Estimated between 10 days and 3 weeks, depending on availability.

Oversized items: Estimated between 10 days and 3 weeks, depending on transporter schedules and availability.

For urgent delivery requests, please contact us directly.


5. International Shipping & Large Item Delivery

For international oversized items, we collaborate with specialized furniture transporters. For personalized international shipping quotes, contact us before placing your order.

For large items, please ensure that:

  • Your building access (staircase, elevator, doorways) accommodates the furniture dimensions.
  • Assistance is arranged for moving the item inside your home.
  • Some items may arrive disassembled for easier transport (assembly instructions provided if applicable).

 

6. Order Processing & Tracking

After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and an estimated delivery date.

Once shipped, an email notification will provide Carrier details, Tracking number, Updated delivery timeframe.

Track your shipment via the provided tracking link or directly on the carrier’s website.
