Terms of Sales – Sedurare

These Terms of Sales govern all purchases made on Sedurare’s website and marketplaces. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.


1. Scope & Application

These general terms apply to all sales transactions carried out by Sedurare for vintage and restored furniture, decorative objects, and accessories. They establish the rights and obligations of the seller (Sedurare) and the buyer.


2. Products & Availability

All products sold by Sedurare are vintage or restored items and may present signs of age and wear, which contribute to their uniqueness.

Items are sold as described and shown in photos. The descriptions include details about dimensions, materials, and any visible imperfections.

Availability is subject to stock levels. If an item is unavailable after order confirmation, the customer will be refunded in full.


3. Prices & Payment

Prices are in EUR (€) and include all taxes  but exclude shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.

Sedurare reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with the prices in effect at the time of the order remaining applicable.

Payments are made via secure online payment methods (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).

Orders are only confirmed after full payment is received.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Small items are shipped via Colissimo or Mondial Relay within France and Europe. Large furniture is delivered via professional transporters or Cocolis (peer-to-peer shipping). Pickup is available for free in Paris (17th arrondissement) or Annemasse, depending on item location.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the item’s weight, volume, and delivery destination. Local pickups are free of charge. Custom delivery arrangements may require a personalized quote.

Standard items: 10 business days and more. Large furniture: 10 days to 3 weeks, depending on transporter schedules. For urgent delivery requests, contact us before purchasing.

Buyers outside France are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.


5. Returns & Refunds

Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original condition at the buyer’s expense.

Customized or restored items upon request are non-refundable. Items showing additional damage after delivery are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged during transport.


6. Product Condition & Liability

As vintage furniture may show signs of wear, minor imperfections are not considered defects.

Sedurare is not liable for damage caused by improper handling or assembly after delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that large items fit their elevator, staircase, or entrance dimensions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including photos, descriptions, and branding, belongs to Sedurare and may not be used or copied without permission.


9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the customer agrees to seek amicable resolution before taking legal action. Any legal disputes will be governed by French law and handled in the relevant courts.


By confirming a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Sales.
